The Emerald Unit is our more luxurious four bedroom semi-detached apartment, the Emeralds are much larger units within the GREYSTONE layout. It consists of four all en-suite bedrooms with one maid room, two living rooms, a private study, and a box room on the second floor. Each unit has a provision for 3 or more parking spaces depending on the location.

The Opal Units

The Opal Unit is our terrace triplex consisting of four bedrooms all en-suite with one maid room, also en-suite. It comes with two living rooms, one on the ground floor with a guest toilet and a more expansive living room on the first floor. Each unit has provision for 2-3 parking spaces tucked under a cantilever on the ground floor giving private access directly to the ground floor living room.

Introuctory Offer

The Greystone provides at inception a one-time mouth-watering and tear-dropping introductory Twenty percent (20%) discount on all units across the development.
